Turbo's don't put out much compressed air, unless the engine is under load or ramping up.
But you don't need much torque, unless you are under a load or ramping up. I have a turbo diesel truck and a twin turbo gas truck. You don't hear the turbo's whining unless you are under a load, or coming up to speed, or passing. It's good to get good milage, and have decent torque too is a plus. |
