I work at CFO on Nelson, you will wanta refrain from repetitive activities for approximately 8wks, depends on how quickly you recover (everyone is alittle different). Dr Holland is a good surgeon and a friend of a couple of the guys here. It's a good surgery for relieving pain. Hollar back if you have any other questions.
